Kindergarten 2008 Registration
Registrations for Kindergarten Round-Up are now being taken. Please fill out the Registration Form to get your child registered for Round-Up. You may also submit the Ferpa form at this time. You can access both of these forms by clicking on the link to the left. A packet will be provided with your child's name on it at Kindergarten Round-Up.
If you are requesting to attend a school (Voluntary Transfer Request) other than your neighborhood school, please attend the Round-Up at your neighborhood school. We will not be processing the Voluntary Transfer requests until May.
The following items are required before starting Kindergarten:
- Certified Birth Certificate--this is the one that comes from the State and not the hospital.
- Proof of Residency in the Kearney Public School district, such as: Rent receipt, lease agreement, utility bill or government benefits such as Medicare, disability or food stamps. Your name and current address MUST be on the documents you provide.
- Immunization Records and a Kindergarten Physical--a form will provided for you in your Kindergarten Round Up packet that you may take with you to the doctor.
